Terms of use
Last updated: 25 October 2026 These terms are between you and R Salotti ("we"). By playing Specky King you agree to them.
1. The game
Specky King is an arcade Aussie rules football game with a club career mode and the Kick Six daily challenge. All clubs, players, awards and the league in the game are invented. Specky King isn't affiliated with, or endorsed by, any real football league, club or player.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Specky King for non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the game, or use it to build a competing product. Streaming and posting videos of your games is welcome.
3. Purchases
- The Club President unlock is a one-off purchase that adds the features listed in the store at the time you buy. Cosmetic kit packs change how things look, never how they play.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, under their terms.
- Refunds: ask through the store you bought from. You also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund or repair if a purchase has a major fault.
- There are no paid random rewards (loot boxes) in Specky King.
4. Fair play
Kick Six gives everyone the same shots each day. Please don't use cheats, modified clients or bots to post scores, especially once leaderboards exist. We may remove scores that look tampered with.
5. Your saves
Career saves and Kick Six results are stored on your device. We're not responsible for data lost when you clear storage, change devices or uninstall the game, although cloud saves may be offered in future.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game. If a paid feature is removed, we'll offer a fair remedy as the Australian Consumer Law requires.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
8. Contact and law
Questions: hello@speckyking.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
